Guilty Pleasure

“Happiness consists of living each day as if it were the first day of your honeymoon and the last day of your vacation.” ~Leo Tolstoy

According to urban dictionary guilty pleasures are those things we shouldn’t like, but we like anyway. But how does one define the pleasures that are regrettable, and how can doing something pleasurable be even regrettable? It’s like having a bad habit but does not annoy or hurt anyone but yourself. Or it’s not even a habit, it’s more of an obsessions. A guilty pleasure is something that you enjoy even though you know it is not good for you and could be detrimental to your health, or something too expensive, or somewhat to selfish like indulging in an expensive cup of coffee and having them all by yourself (e.g. Starbucks, when you can make yourself a good cup of coffee at home).
